We are not a factory for deals. We are a small firm that spends time with the work, underwrites it as a clinician would, and holds a few things with care.

    Time in the work before time in the model. We listen to operators, clinicians, and the unfashionable details of how a business actually runs.

    A neurologist does not treat a symptom in the abstract. We locate the lesion — the real source of value, risk, or decay — then decide.

    Few positions, held with care. We do not assemble a museum of logos. We underwrite what we can know.

What we will not do

  • Spray capital across a theme and call it a thesis.
  • Pretend a slide deck is the same as time in a clinic or an operating room.
  • Optimize for logos on a wall.
  • Confuse speed with judgment.
