Focus

Healthcare, and the systems that carry its information.

Four places we spend our attention. Not a map of every market. A short list of where our judgment is earned.

An empty medical atrium at dawn — limestone, glass, and a single tree.
01

Healthcare delivery

We look at how care is actually given — practices, specialty platforms, and services where operational craft compounds. The question is not whether healthcare is large. It is whether a specific operator can make a specific form of care better, cheaper, or more available without harming the work.

02

Neuroscience

The nervous system is the firm’s native language. Intraoperative neuromonitoring, neurodiagnostic services, devices and software that read or modulate neural signal, and businesses that serve neurologic disease. We do not need a story about the brain. We need a business that understands it.

03

Clinical infrastructure

The unglamorous layer: scheduling, monitoring, documentation, staffing, and the pipes that carry a signal from a patient to a decision. These businesses are often ignored until they fail. We prefer them before they are fashionable.

04

Adjacent technology

Selective software and tools that change the cost or quality of care. We are not a generalist software fund. If the product does not sit next to a real clinical or operational problem, it is not for us.
